彩超对胡桃夹综合征的诊断价值

摘要
目的探究彩超对胡桃夹综合征的诊断价值。方法选取我院2015年8月～2017年8月查体的10例胡桃夹综合征患者的查体资料作为研究对象,分别测量左肾静脉受压处(a)和扩张部位近端(b)的内径,对其结果进行比对,分析本组的诊断结果。结果左肾静脉b处比a处内径平均宽4倍以上, b处峰速度比扩张部位a处峰速度高5倍以上。结论彩超可有效检测胡桃夹综合征,对胡桃夹综合征的早期诊断、治疗等具有重要指导意义。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in walnut clip syndrome.Methods From August 2015 to August 2017, the physical examination data of 10 patients with Nutcracker syndrome in our hospital were selected as study objects. The internal diameter of(a) at the compression site of left renal vein and(b) at the proximal end of dilation were measured, and the results were compared. The diagnostic results of this group were analyzed.Results The mean width of left renal vein b was more than 4 times wider than that of a, and the peak velocity at b was more than 5 times higher than that at dilatation.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound can be used to detect walnut clip syndrome effectively, and to diagnose and treat walnut clip syndrome in the early stage. It has important guiding significance.
