摘要
分析建筑信息模型技术与虚拟现实技术在建筑行业中的发展趋势。以问题为导向,通过福州外语外贸学院A1号实训楼项目的具体案例来分析Revit模型创建过程中的问题及关键技巧,并导入Navisworks中进行模型检测、管线碰撞分析与施工建造仿真模拟,且将建筑信息模型多元应用于工程计量计价、渲染及视频制作、3D打印技术中,展望虚拟现实交互平台具有报警、处理问题、身临其境交流协调系统。建筑信息模型是大数据时代的产物,将朝着多元应用方面发展,其与虚拟现实技术的融合势不可挡。
Building information modeling technology and virtual reality technology in the construction industry trends was analyzed. Fuzhou University of International Studies and Trade A1 Training Building Project was taken as a specific case to illustrate the creation process of building information modeling,which was applied to engineering metrology list,construction simulation,rendering and video production,virtual reality interaction and 3 D in print technology. It was concluded that the building information model was a product of the era of big data and will be developed toward diversified applications,whose integration with virtual reality technology was irresistible.
