应用耳穴压豆防治白血病患儿化疗后恶心呕吐的疗效观察

摘要
目的探讨耳穴压豆对儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病患者化疗后恶心、呕吐反应的防治效果。方法将96例急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿采用自身交叉对照法随机分为A和B两组,化疗第1疗程,A组为观察组在应用常规止吐药(昂丹司琼)基础上加用耳穴压豆,B组为对照组仅应用常规止吐药。化疗第2疗程,A、B两组止吐方法交换,A组仅应用常规止吐药,B组在应用常规止吐药(昂丹司琼)基础上加用耳穴压豆。观察两组化疗后胃肠道反应。结果常规止吐药物(昂丹司琼)联合耳穴压豆控制恶心、呕吐的总有效率明显高于仅使用药物昂丹司琼,二者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴压豆联合常规止吐药(昂丹司琼)可明显减轻急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿化疗后的恶心、呕吐症状,提高患儿生活质量。
Objective To investigate the prevention and treatment of nausea and vomiting in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia after chemotherapy by ear pressing point.Methods 96 cases of children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia by self cross control method of A and B were randomly divided into two groups,first course of chemotherapy,A group for the observation group in the application of conventional antiemetic drugs( ondansetron) on the basis of using ear pressure beans,group B as control group routine antiemetic application only.The second course of chemotherapy,the exchange of A,B two groups of antiemetic method,A group only used conventional antiemetic drugs,group B in the application of conventional antiemetic drugs( ondansetron) on the basis of using ear pressure beans.Gastrointestinal reactions after chemotherapy in the two groups were observed.Results Antiemetic drugs( ondansetron) combined with ear pressure beans control nausea and vomiting was significantly higher than the total efficiency using only the drug ondansetron,there were significant difference between the two( P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular plaster therapy combined with conventional antiemetic drugs( ondansetron) can significantly reduce the children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia after chemotherapy nausea and vomiting symptoms,improve the quality of life of children.
