摘要
针对减水剂复配系统配方繁多而控制点数较少的特点,采用西门子S7-200 PLC构架系统既缩短开发周期又减少开发成本。介绍了基于西门子S7-200 PLC的减水剂复配系统硬件搭建,PLC与组态软件WinCC通讯的连接,减水剂加料程序编写,WinCC脚本解决复配减水剂多配方和减水剂系统数据归档的问题等。
Aiming at the water reducers compound system which have a variety of formulations and the control points less characteristics,Using Siemens S7-200 PLC architecture system not only shorten the development cycle and economical.This paper introduces the water reducers compound system which based on Siemens S7-200 PLC hardwares,PLC and Configuration software WinCC communication connection.The water reducers compound system software program.The WinCC script to solve the water reducers compound system a variety of formulations and the water reducers compound system data archiving problem.
