摘要
设计了一种基于FPGA、NANDFLASH存储器、模数转换器和USB的新型数据采集存储系统。利用FPGA强大的可编程能力及可实现片上系统的构建,系统可实现对信号的快速采集及存储,解决了传统由CPLD与单片机组成的存储测试系统体积大、系统灵活性差的问题。
A new type of data acquisition system is designed based on FPGA,NAND FLASH memory,ADC and USB.Taking advantage of the powerful programmable capability of the FPGA and its ability to build SOPC,the system can acquire and store the data quickly.It can solve the inflexibility and large size that exist in the traditional memory test system,which is made up of CPLD and microcontroller.
