摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)法同时测定防感香佩包中欧前胡素及异欧前胡素的含量。方法采用Agilent ZORBAX SB-C_(18)(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水(62∶38),等度洗脱,柱温:25℃,流速:1.0 mL·min~(-1),检测波长:254 nm,进样量:20μL。结果欧前胡素在1.056~31.68 mg·L~(-1)范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 7),平均加样回收率为100.01%(n=9);异欧前胡素在1.118~33.54 mg·L~(-1)范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8),平均加样回收率为100.20%(n=9)。结论该方法简单、准确、稳定,适用于防感香佩包的质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of imperatorin and isoimperatorin in Antiinfluenza Sachets. Methods The samples were analyzed on a Agilent ZORBAX SB-C_(18)(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)with the mobile phase of methanol-water wavelength was set at 254 nm,and the injection volume was 20 μL. Results The linear ranges of imperatorin and isoimperatorin were 1.056-31.68 mg·L~(-1)(r=0.999 8)and 1.118-33.54 mg·L~(-1)(r=0.999 7),respectively. The average recovery was 100.01% for imperatorin(n=9), 100.20% for isoimperatorin(n=9). Conclusion This method is simple,sensitive,and accurate,which could be applicable to the quality control of Anti-influenza Sachets.
