CAT问卷在COPD稳定期患者社区管理中的应用研究

摘要
目的通过CAT问卷在COPD稳定期患者社区管理中的应用,评价其实际效果及可行性。方法选取我院社区COPD稳定期患者60例,在2014年1月、6月及12月分别由患者自行填写CAT问卷,每次根据患者CAT评分针对性进行健康教育或更改防治措施,最后一次进行CAT问卷有效性调查以评估CAT问卷实施效果及可行性。结果患者1年内的CAT评分改变有显著性差异(P<0.05);77.14%的患者认为通过填写该问卷可以增加患者本人对COPD相关知识的了解程度,88.21%的患者认为该问卷对评估患者病情严重程度或加重程度有用,90.36%的患者认为可以推荐给更多的COPD患者使用。结论 CAT问卷简单方便,应用于COPD的社区管理中取得了较好的效果,值得临床进一步推广。
Objective To evaluate the practical effect and feasibility of CAT questionnaire in community management of COPD patients. Methods A total of 60 patients in community stable period COPD in our hospital were selected. The CAT questionnaire was filled by the patients themselves in January,June and December 2014. Each time according to the CAT score of the patients,the health education was changed or the prevention and control measures were changed.Questionnaire effectiveness survey was conducted to assess the effectiveness and feasibility of the CAT questionnaire at the last time. Results There was significant difference in the CAT score of the patients within one year(P <0.05).77.14% of the patients thought that the questionnaire could increase their knowledge of COPD,and 88.21% of the patients considered the questionnaire was useful to evaluate the severity degree or increase degree of the patient's condition. 90.36% of patients thought that could be recommended to more patients with COPD. Conclusion CAT questionnaire is simple and convenient and has achieved good results when applied in community management of COPD,which is worthy to be further popularized in clinical.
