摘要
目的:探讨以问题为基础的教学法(Problem-Based Learning,PBL)结合以案例为基础的教学法(Case-Based Learning,CBL)教学模式对内分泌科实习教学的应用效果。方法:将80名内分泌科实习的临床医学专业本科生随机分为试验组(40人)和对照组(40人)。试验组采用PBL结合CBL教学方法,对照组采用传统教学方法。1个月实习结束时,比较两组学生的理论考试成绩、操作考试成绩、病例书写成绩和教学效果评价。结果:试验组的理论考试成绩、操作技能成绩、病例书写成绩均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),教学效果的评价优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PBL结合CBL教学方法可明显改善内分泌科实习教学的教学效果,显著增加理论知识学习,操作技能和病例书写能力,达到提高内分泌科实习教学质量的目的。
        Objective To investigate the application effect of problem-based Learning combined with case-based learning teaching method on endocrinology practice teaching.Method 80 clinical medical undergraduates during the course of internship in the Endocrinology Department were randomly divided into experimental group(40 people) and control group(40 people),and the experimental group received PBL teaching combined with CBL teaching,while the control group received traditional teaching method.The scores of theoretical examination,operation examination,case writing and teaching effect between the two groups were compared after one months′ internship.Results The scores of theoretical examination,operation examination,and case writing was significantly better in experimental group than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the teaching effect was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL teaching combined with CBL teaching can significantly improve the teaching effect for interns in endocrinology teaching,and increase the ability of theoretical knowledge,operation skills and case writing,and finally improve teaching quality in department of endocrinology.
