摘要
目的探讨童乐口服液对哮喘大鼠的干预作用及机制。方法通过卵蛋白激发诱导建立大鼠哮喘模型,以孟鲁司特钠为阳性对照,用不同剂量的童乐口服液进行干预,用化学发光法检测血清中免疫球蛋白E(Ig E)和白介素(IL-4、IL-10)。结果经童乐口服液灌胃给药后,哮喘大鼠免疫球蛋白E和白细胞介素(IL-4、IL-10)与模型组有显著差异(P<0.05),与正常对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论童乐口服液可显著性降低哮喘大鼠的免疫球蛋白E和白细胞介素4水平,升高白细胞介素10的水平,抗炎机理可能与抑制Th2类细胞因子的活性有关。
        Objective To investigate the intervention effect and mechanism of Tongle Oral Liquid on asthmatic rats.Methods The rat model of asthma was induced by ovalbumin.The immunoglobulin Ig E and interleukin( IL-4,IL-10) in serum were detected by chemiluminescence methods. The asthmatic rats were treated with different doses of Tongle Oral Liquid,using the montelukast sodium as the positive control.Results The immunoglobulin Ig E and interleukin( IL-4,IL-10) in asthmatic rats were significantly different between intragastric administration groups and the model group( P<0.05).Compare with the normal control group,the expression level of Ig E and interleukin( IL-4,IL-10) was not significantly different in intragastric administration groups( P>0.05). Conclusion Tongle Oral Liquid could significantly reduce the level of Ig E and IL-4 in asthmatic rats and increase the level of IL-10. The mechanism of inflammation may be related to inhibiting the activity of Th2 cytokines.
