摘要
为了研究电荷耦合器件(CCD)图像传感器件的输出特性,以典型线阵TCD1209D为研究对象,FPGA为核心控制器件,构建线阵CCD输出特性测量系统。系统由CCD驱动模块、数据采集模块、存储模块和RS232数据传输模块构成。通过FPGA编程产生CCD的驱动信号,驱动CCD能够正常工作。经A/D芯片采集模拟信号后,经过处理后的数字信号缓存于FPGA中的FIFO中。由RS232串口传输模块将FIFO缓存器中的的数据传送至PC端。通过改变实验条件,由测量系统对CCD输出信号进行采集,由PC机获得的数据进行实验分析,从而实现了对CCD器件特性的测量。
        In order to study the output characteristics of sensor devices, taking the typical linear array TCD1209 D as the research object and FPGA as the core control device, the line array CCD output characteristic measurement system was constructed. The system was composed of CCD driver module, data acquisition module, storage module and RS232 data transmission module. The CCD could work by the driving signals which were generated by FPGA programming. After the analog signals were collected by the A/D chip, the processed digital signals were cached in the FIFO in the FPGA. The data in the FIFO buffer was transmitted to the PC end by the RS232 serial port transmission module. By changing the experimental conditions, the output signal of CCD is collected by the measurement system, and the data obtained by PC are analyzed experimentally, so that the characteristics of CCD device can be measured.
