摘要
针对船舶轴系校中校核精准性问题,采用曲线拟合算法,提出不依赖顶举系数的轴系校中校核方法,以顶升力与顶升点之间特定线性关系为基础,对多个位置进行顶升力测量、曲线拟合,从而获得拟合曲线方程及轴承负荷测量值,试验验证表明,该方法具有更好的精准性,可提升船舶轴系校中校核结论的可信度。
In order to raise the verification accuracy,a new verification method of shafting alignment was introduced based on the curve fitting method,which is independent on jack-up coefficient. The linear relation between jack-up force and measure position was adopted,by measuring the jack-up forces at different points,the bearing load can be determined by the fitted curve function. The new method was verified by experiments,which is helpful to make the results of the bearing's load more reliably.
