摘要
半潜船主要通过调整压载水来配合装卸大型装备,其压载舱舱容的精确计算对半潜船控制的便利性和安全性具有重要意义。本文对常用传感器进行分析后设计出巡检式气动液位遥测系统,同时给出船舶纵、横倾情况下的液位修正方法,并且利用曲线拟合方法对液位-舱容映射表进行高度拟合,得出舱容表达函数,提高了舱容计算结果的准确性。
Semi-submersible vessel adjusts ballast water to load and unload large equipment. The accurate calculation of ballast tank capacity is of great significance for the convenience and safety of semi-submersible vessel handling control. This paper analyzes common sensors and designs a polling pneumatic level gauging system for the vessels. Level measurement correction method is given out on condition of roll or trim of the vessels. The curve fitting method is also used to fit the liquid level-volume mapping table, which generates a high degree fitting curve expression, thus to improves the accuracy of ballast tank volume calculation results.
