摘要
由于我国海洋贸易进入了飞速增长的时期,为了满足数量庞大的货物运输要求,必须设计动力足够强大的船舶主机,这样才能满足航运业的需求。但是船舶的主机工作环境恶劣,当主机由于过负荷运转出现性能衰退时,必须及时采取措施,调整必要的参数,使得船舶主机的热力状态恢复正常。本文基于上述实际需求,设计了船舶主机热力实时监测模型,并建立基于热力参数的诊断技术,通过对潜在的主机故障进行预测,能够显著提高船舶主机的各项性能。
        As China's marine trade has entered a period of rapid growth, in order to meet the requirements of a huge amount of cargo transportation, it is necessary to design ship hosts with powerful enough power to meet the needs of the shipping industry. However, the main engine of the ship is in a poor working environment. When the host computer experiences performance degradation due to overloaded operation, measures must be taken in time to adjust the necessary parameters so that the thermal state of the ship's main engine can return to normal. Based on the above-mentioned actual requirements, the paper designs a thermodynamic real-time monitoring model for marine engines and establishes a diagnostic technology based on thermal parameters. By predicting potential host failures, it can significantly improve the performance of the ship's host.
