摘要
某一新开发座椅骨架疲劳耐久试验后,螺母松弛。针对这一问题,首先简述了汽车座椅构造及其重要性,介绍了此座椅骨架疲劳耐久试验的方法及评价标准,并通过骨架结构分析、关键尺寸测量、产品工艺过程分析,最终确定了螺母松弛的原因。通过设计优化和工艺参数优化,解决了螺母松弛的问题,保证了此新开发座椅的安全可靠。
The nuts of a newly developed seat skeleton are relaxed after fatigue endurance test. In order to solve this problem, this paper firstly introduces the structure and importance of automobile seat, introduces the method and evaluation criteria of fatigue endurance test of the seat skeleton, and finally determines the causes of nut relaxation through the analysis of the skeleton structure, the measurement of key dimensions and the analysis of product process. Through the optimization of design and process parameters, the problem of nut relaxation was solved and the safety and reliability of the newly developed seat was ensured.
