摘要
目的观察微波天线阵列原位灭活联合钢板内固定治疗胫骨近端骨巨细胞瘤的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2011-02/2018-05月采用微波天线阵列原位灭活联合钢板内固定治疗胫骨近端骨巨细胞瘤26例患者临床资料,根据膝关节评分表标准,对术后随访患者进行评分以观察临床疗效。结果本组26例患者术后均获得随访,随访24~63个月,平均40.6个月,未出现手术切口感染,未见复发及其他并发症。末次随访膝关节评分(87.4±5.3)分,功能评分(91.1±2.7)分。结论微波天线阵列原位灭活治疗胫骨近端骨巨细胞瘤临床疗效满意,是一种可靠的治疗方法。
        Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of microwave antenna array in situ inactivation combined with internal fixation in treating osteoclastoma of proximal tibial. Methods A total of 26 cases of osteoclastoma of proximal tibial were treated by microwave antenna array in situ inactivation combined with internal fixation from February 2011 to May 2018 were analyzed. The knee score scale scores of patients were observed for clinical efficacy evaluation postoperative follow-up. Results All patients were followed up for 24-63 months with an average of 40. 6 months. No surgical wound infection, recurrence cases and other complications happened. The knee score was(87. 4 ±5. 3),and function score was(91. 1 ± 2. 7) at the last follow-up. Conclusion Microwave antenna array in situ inactivation combined with internal fixation is a safe and effective method for patients with osteolastoma of proximal tibial,which is a reliable method.
