肥胖与卵巢癌生存的研究进展

摘要
肥胖的发病率在全球范围内不断上升,与包括卵巢癌在内的多种癌症的发生与生存有关[1]。因卵巢癌常合并腹水与营养不良,肥胖作为可改变的预后因素,是否影响卵巢癌生存,目前尚存在争议。本文就肥胖与卵巢癌化疗、手术及生存方面的相关研究进展进行综述,为后期临床治疗和预防提供理论依据。
