摘要
提出搅拌摩擦胶接点焊(Bongding-FSSW)连接方法,并研究AZ31镁合金搅拌摩擦胶接点焊接头的组织和性能。结果表明,用密封胶进行胶接点焊,接头的抗拉伸剪切能力与FSSW接头相当,胶黏剂对搅拌摩擦点焊焊核的力学性能影响较小;使用高强粘结剂进行搅拌摩擦胶接点焊,接头的抗拉伸剪切性能明显优于单一的搅拌摩擦点焊、胶接接头的抗拉伸剪切性能;焊核区形成细小、均匀的等轴晶粒,而热机影响区和热影响区形成较为粗大的晶粒,且晶粒大小不均匀。
        A bonding-FSSW method is proposed and the performance and microstructure of bonding-FSSW joints of AZ31 aluminum alloy is studied. The results show that in bonding spot welding with sealant,the tensile and shear properties of joints is equivalent to that of FSSW joints,the bonding agent has a little influence on the mechanical property of FSSW nugget;in bonding-FSSW with high-strength bonding agent,the tensile and shear properties of joints are apparently superior to that of FSSW joints or bonding joints. Tiny and uniform equiaxed grains are formed in the WN(welding nugget zone),while coarse and nonuniform grains are formed in TMAZ(thermomechanically affected zone) and HAZ(heat affected zone).
