创新指推留置针穿刺法在老年患者中的应用

摘要
目的比较创新指推法与传统双手穿剌法留置针穿剌在老年患者中的应用效果。方法选取老年住院患者148例,随机分为两组,观察组采用自主创新的指推留置针穿剌法,对照组采用传统双手穿剌进针法,比较两组患者穿剌成功率、疼痛、静脉炎比率。结果观察组一次穿剌成功率93.24%,对照组为82.43%,观察组成功率明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.044)。观察组穿剌疼痛比率明显低于对照组(16.21%vs 47.29%, P=0.000);观察组静脉炎发生率低于对照组,但无明显统计学差异义(2.70%vs 6.76%, P=0.245)。结论创新指推留置针穿剌法在老年患者留置针穿刺应用中成功率高,减轻了老年患者疼痛感,值得临床推广。
Objective To compare the effect of innovative single finger pushing method and traditional bimanual pushing method to indwell needle puncture on elderly patients. Methods 148 elderly inpatients were randomly assigned to two groups, the observation group received innovative single finger pushing method method and the control group received traditional bimanual pushing method method. Success rate of puncture and the painful of patients were recorded. Results One-time success rate of puncture increased significantly in the observation group as compared with the control group(93.24% vs 82.43%, P=0.044). The painful of patients in the observation group reduced significantly as compared with the control group(16.21% vs 47.29%, P=0.000). The incidence of phlebitis is lower in the observation group than in the control group(2.70% vs 6.67%), but without statistical significance(P=0.245). Conclusion Compared with the traditional bimanual pushing method method, the innovative single finger pushing method have higher success rate of puncture and reduced the painful of patients, and worthy to be popularized.
