摘要
培养创新创业人才是经济社会发展对学校新的要求,实践性教学体系构建是培养学生创新创业精神和实践能力的重要环节。文章系统介绍了湖南理工学院国家特色专业人力资源管理专业建设的一些经验和做法,希望能对创新创业教育背景下本科人力资源管理专业应用型人才培养有所帮助。
Cultivating innovative entrepreneurial talents is the need for the school to adapt to the development of the economy and society actively, and practice teaching is an important way to cultivate the students' spirit of innovation and practice. Combining with the national specialty of Hunan Institute of Science and Technology, the construction practice of human resource management specialty, this paper analyzes the necessity of the reform of the practice teaching system of human resource management under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship education, summarizes the construction content of the practice teaching system of human resource management and some experiences and practices of the Institute, hoping to be a innovation. Under the background of entrepreneurship education, it provides reference for the training of applied talents and their practical ability in human resource management.
