摘要
简单介绍了fluent软件的主要特点及其在管壳式换热器中的应用情况.通过使用FLUENT软件的标准k-中的湍流模型对管壳式换热器进行了三维数值模拟,分析了管壳式换热器壳程流场内温度场分布情况、压力降的变化情况以及速度矢量的变化情况.同时分析了折流板缺口高度等因素对管壳式换热器壳程流场温度场、压力场分布及换热效果的影响.研究结果反映了管壳式换热器壳程内的复杂流动,为管壳式换热器的设计和改进提供了理论依据.
        The main features of fluent and its application in shell and tube heat exchanger are briefly introduced.Three-dimensional numerical simulation of shell and tube heat exchanger was carried out by using FLUENT's standard k-turbulence model,and the temperature field distribution and pressure drop changes in the shell flow field of shell heat exchanger were analyzed.The influences of inlet velocity,inlet fluid temperature,baffle plate spacing and other factors on shell flow field distribution and heat transfer efficiency of shell and tube heat exchanger are analyzed.The results reflect the complex flow in the shell side of the shell and tube heat exchanger and provide a theoretical basis for the design and improvement of the shell and tube heat exchanger.
