摘要
过滤罐是油田水处理的重要设施,过滤形成滤料板结层是一种常见的必然现象,而在滤料的反冲洗过程中,若不能及时有效地将板结层破碎掉,将造成反冲洗憋压,滤料流失,影响过滤效果。板结层的形成受进水水质、滤料颗粒、离子成垢以及滤料再生等多方面的因素影响,同时,滤料的板结也影响到滤层过滤孔隙、过滤周期以及滤料反冲洗的难易程度,目前大多采用搅拌方式来实现滤料的破板结功能,存在成本高、易损坏、运行时率低等问题。钢片静态切割是较为经济实用的滤料破板结方式,具有结构简单、造价低廉、无运行部件、无电能消耗、无需人工干预等特点;另外,气水反冲洗也具有较强的破板结作用。
        The filtration tank is an important facility for oilfield water treatment. It is a common and inevitable phenomenon that filter material hardened layer is formed due to filtration. In the backwashing process of filter material,if the hardened layer cannot be broken up in time and effectively,backwashing pressure will be built and filter material will be lost,thus affecting the filtering effect. The formation of hardened layer is influenced by many factors, such as water quality, particle size of filter material,ion scaling and filter material regeneration. At the same time,the hardening of filter material also affects the filtering pore,filtering cycle and the difficulty degree of filter material backwashing. At present,although the stirring method is mostly used to realize the function of breaking filter material hardening,there are some problems such as high cost, easy damage and low running rate. Static cutting of steel sheet is a more economical and practical way to break filter material hardening. It has the characteristics of simple structure,low cost,no running parts,no power consumption,no manual intervention and so on. In addition,air-water backwashing also has a strong breaking effect.
