The experience of Huawei's enterprise ownership reform shows that the re-establishment of individual ownership can mobilize the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of workers, realize the ideological concept of shared development, promote the continuous development of social economy, and build labor force as the laborer's capital. The concept, the continuous narrowing of the income gap, and the easing of the antagonistic relationship between laborers and capital owners all have positive effects and important significance.Reconstructing corporate personal ownership is not a re-establishment of private ownership based on one's own labor, but a denial of negation of capitalist private ownership, and a theoretical view of upholding Marx's re-establishment of individual ownership.
