不同路面工况下的整车振动模态能量分析

摘要
对七自由度整车振动模型进行研究,并搭建了包含随机平直路、斜坡路、连续减速带三种路面特征的多工况路面模型。利用车辆振动模态分析理论,对不同工况下的整车振动模态能量进行分析,得到三种工况下的模态能量比及模态能量比变化率。通过MATLAB/simulink仿真分析可知,各阶模态能量比及其变化率的数值在三种路面下分布在不同的数值段,若将模态能量比与模态能量比变化率相结合能够实现对不同路面工况的区分。仿真分析结果可以为汽车行驶路面特征识别研究奠定基础。
        Research on seven degrees of freedom vehicle vibration model.Multi-station road model including random road,slope road and continuous deceleration belt were set up.Based on the vehicle model and the theory of vehicle vibration modal analysis,the vehicle motion modal analysis was developed,and modal energy and its rate of change were obtained.Through modeling and simulation analysis in MATLAB/simulink,the results show that the modal energy and its rate of change under different road is different,which can be used to distinguish road characteristic.The result of analysis will be the foundation of road characteristic recognition.
