摘要
本文以东莞职业技术学院大学生超市的员工培训作为研究对象,通过查阅该超市的内部资料、访谈学生员工等方式,对该超市员工培训工作进行现状调查,并分析目前员工培训方面存在的问题,随后从培训需求分析、培训实施、培训评估等环节,提出员工培训工作的优化对策。希望通过本文的调查研究,使该超市的员工培训工作得到完善;员工整体素质、工作绩效得到提高,由此推动该超市战略目标的实现,满足其长远发展的需求。
Taking Dongguan Polytechnic college student supermarket staff training as the research object, through the inspection of the internal information of the supermarket, interviewing students and other means, the current situation of the supermarket staff training work, and analysis of the current problems in staff training, and then from the training needs analysis, training implementation, training evaluation and other links, the staff optimization measures for training work. It is hoped that through the investigation and research in this paper, the staff training work of the supermarket will be improved; the overall quality of employees and work performance will be improved, thereby promoting the realization of the strategic goals of the supermarket and meeting the needs of its long-term development.
