摘要
成品油二次配送作为危险品运输研究领域的一个典型应用,除了具有一般危险品运输的特征之外,其配送风险还具有自身的特殊性,需要根据配送情境进行多维考虑。针对这一具体问题,依据公众风险偏好选择合适的道路风险模型,加入二次配送道路风险的动态变化特征,使其更加符合现实配送情境;引入脆弱点风险概念,建立兼顾脆弱点规模和受影响距离的脆弱点风险优化模型,进一步丰富成品油二次配送风险内涵;综合考虑配送成本和风险,构建最小化运输成本、道路风险和脆弱点风险的多目标整数规划模型,运用层级搜索算法求解,有效避免了多目标规划的系数决策困境。数值实验表明,该模型能够在企业可接受的成本范围内,有效降低配送过程中的道路风险和脆弱点风险。
        For the risk optimization of secondary distribution of refined oil,this study first selected the appropriate road risk model according to the public's risk preference,and added road risk dynamic characteristics into the model to make it more fit the real situation.Next we introduced the concept of vulnerable center risk and constructed risk optimal model combined with the scale and the distance of vulnerable centers,which enriched the connotation of oil distribution risk.Then a multi-objective integer model including transportation costs and road risk and vulnerable center risk was formulated,the corresponding multi-layer search algorithm was also designed.Finally,the validity of this model and algorithm is verified through numerical experiment.
