我国绿色消费促进法律制度的完善

摘要
粗放型的经济发展模式造成环境破坏与资源的浪费,经济发展与环境保护出现了巨大矛盾。而绿色消费制度成为了解决问题的重要手段。当前我国绿色消费制度的法治不健全,执法水平不高,缺乏相应的保障制度,使得绿色消费制度在我国难以施行。我国亟待完善绿色消费促进立法,提高执法水平,建立合理的保障制度,以促进绿色消费制度的有序推进。
Extensive economic development mode caused environmental damage and resources waste, and there was still a huge contradiction between economic development and environmental protection. The green consumption system has become an important means to solve the problem.However, China's green consumption system is not perfect in the rule of law, the level of law enforcement is not high, and the lack of corresponding security system makes it difficult to implement the green consumption system in China. It's urgent for China to perfect the promotive legislation of green consumption, improve the level of law enforcement, and establish a reasonable safeguard system in order to advance the green consumption system in an orderly manner.
