摘要
针对转抽或者检泵过程中需要压井、导致作业时间增加甚至储层被污染这一情况,提出了一趟管柱完成"酸压(射孔)-自喷-机采-检泵"作业思路。根据这一工艺需求,提出不压井采油管内防喷器的总体方案,并对其中大通径弧面密封、可变式球座和阀板关闭可靠性三大关键技术进行了详细分析。管内防喷器将以前多次管柱作业变成一次,缩短了作业时间,提高了作业效率,降低了作业成本,同时避免了压井作业,消除了压井对储层可能造成的污染。最后通过试验对工具结构设计和性能进行验证。试验中,防喷器整体密封压力≥35 MPa,阀板密封压力≥10 MPa,阀板反复开关次数≥10次。试验结果验证了工具结构设计的合理性和性能的可靠性。
        To address the increased operation time and formation damage caused by well killing during selfflowing turning to pumping well or pump inspection,a one trip working string to complete the operation of "acid fracturing( perforation)-self-flowing-pumping-pump inspection"is proposed. According to the demand of the proposed operation method,the overall scheme of the in-tubing blowout preventer is proposed. The large-diameter arc seal,diameter variable ball seat and valve plate close reliability are analyzed in detail and designed. The in-tubing blowout preventer allows traditional multi-trip operation complete by one trip operation,greatly shortens the operation time,improves the working efficiency,reduces the operating cost,and eliminates well killing operation that may cause formation damage. The tool structure and performance are verified by ground and downhole test. In the test,the tool shows an overall sealing capacity of ≥35 MPa,the valve plate sealing of ≥10 MPa,and the number of valve plate switching of ≥10 times,which indicates a rational tool structure and the reliable performance.
