摘要
浇筑式沥青混凝土是现代水利工程防渗心墙的主要材料。通过室内高压三轴蠕变压缩仪对3种不同沥青含量的浇筑式沥青混凝土试件在不同温度和偏应力状态条件下,进行了一系列的蠕变特性试验,研究沥青含量、温度对不同偏应力状态下浇筑式沥青混凝土蠕变特性的影响。结果表明:①同一沥青含量下,试件的蠕变随偏应力的增大而增大,且增长幅度受温度、沥青含量影响。②试件的蠕变与偏应力的关系,随温度的升高逐渐由线性向非线性转变;同一偏应力状态下,试件蠕变随沥青含量的增加呈非线性增大,且其增长速率随着沥青含量的增加而增大。③同一加载时间下,材料蠕变随温度的升高而增大,且蠕变速率随着沥青含量的增加而增大。④在三维空间,采用LogisticCum公式对试验数据进行三维曲面拟合,建立考虑温度、沥青含量及偏应力多因素影响的沥青混凝土蠕变模型,经验证模型曲面与试验曲面相拟度非常高。
        Gussasphalt concrete is the main impervious material of core wall in hydraulic projects. A series of experiments of creep characteristics of asphalt concrete with three kinds of asphalt contents under different temperatures and different deviatoric stress state was conducted by using the high-pressure triaxial apparatus. The effects of asphalt contents and temperature on the creep characteristics of guss asphalt concrete under different deviatoric stress statements were studied. Test results indicate that the creep of specimen increases with deviatoric stress decreases under the same asphalt content and the growth is affected by the temperature and asphalt content. The relationships between the creep and deviatoric stress of the specimen gradually change from linear to nonlinear with the temperature increases. The creep of the specimen nonlinearly increases with the asphalt content increases under the same deviatoric stress state and the growth rate increases with the increase of asphalt content. The creep of the specimen increases with the temperature increases under the same loading time and the creep rate increases with the increase of asphalt content. In the three-dimensional space, the LogisticCum formula is used to process experimental data and the three-dimensional curved surface is obtained. The creep model of the guss asphalt concrete was established by considering the influence to the creep by many factors such as temperature, asphalt content and deviatoric stress. The predict surface of the creep model compared with the test surface has a very high fitting degree.
