摘要
Buck型DC/DC变换器采用传统脉冲宽度调制时,输出电压谐波频次比较丰富,对于一些对特殊频次谐波比较敏感设备来讲,这是极为不利的,为了消除或降低某些频次谐波含量,提出一种移相脉宽调制策略。介绍了Buck型DC-DC变换器的基本结构,对比分析了传统脉宽调制和移相脉宽调制策略对输出电压谐波分布的影响,并对两种脉宽调制下输出电压和电感电流性能进行了仿真研究。仿真结果表明所提移相脉宽调制具有更小的输出电压纹波。
When traditional pulse width modulation is used to buck DC/DC converter, output voltage contains variable harmonic frequencies, for some sensitive equipments with special frequency harmonic,which is extremely of disadvantage. In order to overcome or decrease some harmonic frequencies THD, a shift phase pulse width modulation is proposed. Basic structure of Buck DC-DC converter was analyzed, and two pulse width modulations effect on output voltage harmonic distribution is researched and compared, and output voltage and induction current performances with two pulse width modulations are simulated.Simulated results indicate that the proposed shift phase pulse width strategy has lower output voltage ripple than traditional pulse width modulation.
