摘要
由于逆变器死区效应、气隙磁场畸变及电机三相结构不完全对称,内置式永磁电机(IPM)定子电流存在低次谐波,形成转矩脉动。提出一种基于矢量比例积分(VPI)控制器的谐波电流抑制策略。研究了IPM解耦控制模型和谐波电流产生机理。在IPM调速双闭环矢量控制基础上,在电流内环并联多个VPI控制器,用于消除电机定子电流谐波。在数字信号处理器(DSP)中实现了所提谐波抑制算法。实验结果表明,该方法可以有效抑制IPM低次谐波电流分量,改善电机调速性能。
        Interior permanent motor(IPM) current has harmonics because of inverter dead time,air gap magnetic field distortion and motor asymmetry structure, which cases torque ripple.Harmonic current restraining based on vector proportional integral(VPI) controller is proposed after IPM decoupling control model and harmonic generation mechanism being studied. Based on the double closed-loop vector control of IPM speed regulation, several VPI controllers are connected in parallel in the current inner loop to eliminate the harmonic current of the motor stator. The algorithm is implemented in digital signal processor(DSP).Experimental results demonstrate the proposed method can effectively reduce low-order current harmonics and improve motor control performance.
