摘要
目的初步估计健康中老年人左腕脉搏波传导时间(Pulse Wave Transit Time,PWTT)所在的参考值范围,为早期预测血管硬化提供依据。方法采用便利抽样法对我院门诊1288例健康中老年通过智能腕表采集左腕脉搏波传导时间进行统计分析。结果 35~44岁组:95%置信区间(Confidence Interval,CI)为(186,192)ms;45~59岁组:男性95%CI(180,186)ms,女性95%CI(185,190)ms;60~89岁组95%CI(177,183)ms;经3组方差分析,F=10.200,P<0.05;3组间PWTT存在显著性差异,再进行组间的两两比较均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中45~59岁组较35~44岁组缩短4 ms,60~89岁组较45~59岁组缩短5 ms。结论健康中老年人随着年龄的增长,动脉硬化程度逐渐加重,且年龄越大,动脉硬化的速度越快。
        Objective To estimate the normal range of pulse wave transit time(PWTT) about the middle aged and elderly people, and to provide the basis for the prediction of the vascular sclerosis at early stage. Methods The convenience sampling method was adopted in our hospital outpatient, and 1288 cases of healthy middle aged and elderly people were recruited into this research. The PWTT collected by smart watch was analyzed statistically. Results The 95% confidence interval(CI) ranged from 186 to 192 ms in group 35~44; The 95% CI of men ranged from 180 to 186 ms, and women ranged from 185 to 190 ms in group 45~59; The 95% CI ranged group from 177 to 183 ms in 60~89. The difference among these three groups was significant(P<0.05); group 45~59 was 4 ms shorter than that of the group 35~44(P<0.05); group 60~89 was 5 ms shorter than that of the group 45~59. Conclusion The degree of arteriosclerosis in middle aged and elderly people gradually increases with age, and the older the age, the faster the arteriosclerosis.
