白长川临证经验述要

摘要
白长川教授熟谙中医经典古籍以及寒温学说相关医著,潜心于临床教学科研50余年,在灵活运用中医药治疗疑难杂症性疾病方面积累了丰富的经验。认为中医首先应该重视经典,熟背大量的方剂,在看病方面强调抓主证、析病机、认证候,将主证主方与兼证合方精妙配伍,用药途径多样、平和轻灵、寒温适度,注重治疗期间及瘥后饮食、生活方式调理,诸法配合严谨,临床疗效满意。
BAI Chang-chuan is familiar with the classics of traditional Chinese medicine and the related theory of treatise on febrile diseases and febrile diseases. He has devoted himself to clinical teaching and research for more than 50 years and accumulated rich experiences in the flexible use of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of incurable diseases. It is believed that Chinese medicine should first pay attention to the classics, and familiarize with a large number of prescriptions. In terms of medical treatment, it emphasizes the main symptoms, analyze pathogenesis and recognize syndromes, and combines the main symptoms with the main prescription combination of the simultaneous. He uses various ways of medication, with gentle and mild dosage, moderate temperature and cold, and pay attention to diet and lifestyle adjustment during and after treatment. The clinical effect is satisfactory.
