中医穴位贴敷联合推拿辅助氧气驱动雾化吸入治疗小儿喘息型肺炎的效果观察与护理

摘要
目的探讨中医穴位贴敷联合推拿辅助氧气驱动雾化吸入治疗小儿喘息型肺炎的效果。方法选取2017年1—12月本院儿内科收治的喘息型肺炎患儿150例作为研究对象,随机将其等分为观察组与对照组,对照组应用氧气驱动雾化吸入治疗,给予儿科常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上应用中医穴位贴敷联合推拿,比较两组患儿临床治疗效果与症状消失时间。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P <0. 05),两组患儿不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),观察组患儿哮鸣音、湿啰音、喘息、咳嗽、发热消失时间早于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论中医穴位敷贴联合推拿辅助氧气驱动雾化吸入治疗能有效提高喘息型肺炎患儿临床治疗效果,未加重不良反应,临床症状消失时间早,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with massage-assisted oxygen-driven aerosol inhalation treatment for children with asthmatic pneumonia and its nursing. Methods To select 150 cases of children with asthmatic pneumonia who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 as the study subjects. They were divided into observation group and control group with the same number of children randomly. The control group was treated with oxygen-driven aerosol inhalation for pediatric routine nursing. The observation group was given traditional acupoint application combined with massage-assisted oxygen-driven inhaling treatment on the basis of the control group. We compared the clinical treatment effect and the disappearance time of the symptoms in the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference in incidence of adverse reaction between the two groups( P> 0. 05). The wheezing sound,moist rale,wheezing,cough and fever disappeared earlier than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with massage-assisted oxygen-driven aerosol inhalation treatment can improve the clinical treatment effect of children with asthmatic pneumonia effectively. It can't aggravate the adverse reactions of the children. On the contrary,the clinical symptoms disappeared early,which was worth popularizing and applying.
