从虚、痰、瘀论治老年高血压病

摘要
高血压病是现今社会常见的心血管病之一,老年人是高血压病的高发人群。脏腑虚衰,精气血亏虚是老年高血压病的发病基础,痰瘀阻络是老年高血压病的重要病机,本虚标实、虚实夹杂是老年高血压病的证候特点。临床治疗中应虚实同调,标本兼顾,注意虚、痰、瘀在老年高血压病病程各阶段的作用。
Hypertension is one of the most common cardiovascular diseases in today's society, and the elderly is a high risk group of hypertension. The deficiency of viscera, Qi and blood deficiency is the basic pathogenesis of senile hypertension, Obstruction of collaterals by phlegm and blood stasis is the important pathogenesis of hypertension in the elderly, the syndrome characteristic of senile hypertension is asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality.In clinical treatment, we should pay attention to the coherence between the deficiency and the excess, take into account the symptoms of the disease, and pay attention to the role of asthenia, phlegm and blood stasis in the stages of senile hypertension.
