摘要

目的分析分组分层级管理在重症医学科护理管理过程中的医学价值。方法选取我院2017年4月-2018年4月72例重症医学科护理管理人员进行回顾性分析。结果在运用分组分层级管理模式的情况下,护理质量显著优于护理前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),护理满意度显著高于护理前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将分组分层级管理模式应用于重症医学科护理管理过程中,便能使护理质量显著提高,患者与护理人员具有良好的相处模式。
        Objective To analyze the medical value of group stratified management in the nursing management of intensive care unit.Methods 72 nursing managers from April 2017 to April 2018 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Result In the case of using the hierarchical management mode,the quality of nursing was signi?cantly better than that before nursing,the difference was statistically signi?cant(P<0.05),and the satisfaction of nursing was signi?cantly higher than that before nursing, the difference was statistically signi?cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of grouping and hierarchical management model in the nursing management process of intensive care medicine department can significantly improve the quality of nursing, and patients and nurses have a good mode of getting along with each other.
