产前B超检查在诊断胎儿脐带绕颈中的价值研究

摘要
目的:探讨、研究在产前诊断胎儿脐带绕颈中应用B超检查的价值。方法:收治在本院进行检查的胎儿500例。所有胎儿在分娩之前均接受产前B超检查,观察B超检查结果并进行统计,与产后结果做比较与分析。结果:500例接受检查的胎儿中产后结果显示胎儿存在脐带绕颈92例,其中产后结果显示脐带绕颈1周59例,而B超检出58例;脐带绕颈2周31例,B超检出30例;脐带绕颈3周2例,B超均检出。B超检出结果与产后结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:临床在产前诊断胎儿脐带绕颈中应用B超检查能够对胎儿脐带绕颈情况进行准确诊断,利于临床评估最适宜的分娩方式及保证胎儿预后。
Objective:To investigate the value of B-ultrasound examination in prenatal diagnosis of fetal umbilical cord around the neck.Methods:500 cases of fetal examination in our hospital were selected.All fetus received prenatal B-ultrasound examination before delivery.The results and statistics of B ultrasonic examination were observed and compared with the postpartum results.Results:The results of 500 fetuses undergoing examination showed that the fetus had 92 cases of umbilical cord around the neck.The postpartum results showed 59 cases of a circle around the neck of the umbilical cord,and 58 cases were detected by B-ultrasound.31 cases of 2 laps of umbilical cord around neck and 30 cases detected by B ultrasound.2 cases of 3 laps of umbilical cord around the neck,they were all detected by B ultrasound.There was no significant difference between the results of B-ultrasonic detection and postpartum results(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the prenatal diagnosis of fetal umbilical cord around the neck,B-mode ultrasound can effectively diagnose the umbilical cord around the neck,which is conducive to the clinical evaluation of the most suitable delivery mode and the prognosis of the fetus.
