综合护理干预对维持性腹膜透析患者营养状况及生活质量的影响分析

摘要
目的研究综合护理干预对维持性腹膜透析患者营养状况及生活质量的影响。方法选择我院于2015年2月至2017年2月收治的76例维持性腹膜透析患者,采用抽签法将患者平均分为观察组和对照组,每组38例患者。对照组患者行常规护理,观察组患者行综合护理干预,比较两组患者的营养状况以及患者的生活质量。结果观察组患者的体质量指数、MIS评分、血清白蛋白、血清红蛋白指数优于对照组患者,两组比较呈现为(P<0.05)的差异性,产生统计学意义。观察组患者的生理功能、社会功能、情感功能、精力状况优于对照组患者,两组比较呈现为(P<0.05)的差异性,产生统计学意义。结论对维持性腹膜透析患者采用综合护理,可以改善患者的营养状况,并且可以提升患者的生活质量,具有重要的护理价值。
Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on nutritional status and quality of life in maintenance peritoneal dialysis patients. METHODS Seventy-six patients undergoing maintenance peritoneal dialysis in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 were selected. Patients were divided into observation group and control group by lottery. 38 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with routine care, and patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing interventions. Nutritional status and quality of life of the patients in the two groups were compared. Results The body mass index, MIS score, serum albumin, and serum red protein index of the observation group were better than those of the control group. The difference between the two groups was((P<0.05), which was statistically significant. The physiological function, social function, emotional function and energy status of the observation group were better than those of the control group. The difference between the two groups was(P<0.05), which was statistically significant. Conclusion Comprehensive care for maintenance peritoneal dialysis patients can improve the nutritional status of patients, and can improve the quality of life of patients, and has important nursing value.
