皮质受累CLIPPERS综合征一例

<正>患者男性,17岁。主因头晕头痛伴四肢乏力2个月,于2012年6月20日入院。患者于2个月前无明显诱因出现头晕头痛伴四肢乏力,自诉站立、行走不稳,易跌倒,症状持续加重,偶有饮水呛咳、言语不利,无肢体麻木或疼痛症状。曾于村卫生室就诊,予布洛芬(具体剂量不详)口服,因症状渐进性加重至我院就诊,以"颅内病变待查?"收入院。患者自发病以来,精神一般,睡眠欠佳,大小便正常,体重未见明显减轻。个人史、既往史、家族史无特殊。体格检查:体温36.2℃,心率70次/min,自主
