全脑放疗结合立体定向放射对脑转移瘤的疗效

摘要
目的探究分析全脑放疗结合立体定向放射对脑转移瘤的临床治疗效果。方法选取2016年1月—2018年1月我院收治的脑转移瘤患者88例作为研究对象。采用数字随机分配法,将患者分为实验组和对照组。实验组有患者45例,接受全脑放疗结合立体定向放射治疗,对照组有患者43例,单纯接受全脑放疗治疗,收集两组患者最后治疗效果,并做好对比,从而探究分析全脑放疗结合立体定向放射对脑转移瘤的效果。结果实验组患者总有效率为68.89%,对照组患者总有效率为30.23%,实验组总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脑转移瘤患者治疗过程中采取全脑放疗结合立体定向放射治疗能够有效控制癌细胞的扩散,提升患者的生存率,治疗效果显著,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of whole brain radiotherapy combined with stereotactic radiography on brain metastases. Methods 88 patients with brain metastases admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected as the study subjects. The patients were divided into experimental group and control group by random number distribution method. In the experimental group,45 patients received whole brain radiotherapy combined with stereotactic radiotherapy. In the control group, 43 patients were treated with whole brain radiotherapy alone. The final therapeutic effect of two groups of patients was collected and compared, so as to explore and analyze the effect of whole brain radiotherapy combined with stereotactic radiotherapy on brain metastases. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 68.89%, and that of the control group was 30.23%. The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Whole brain radiotherapy combined with stereotactic radiotherapy in the treatment of patients with brain metastases can effectively control the spread of cancer cells, improve the survival rate of patients, and have a significant therapeutic effect.
