浅谈品管圈降低精神科女性患者的跌倒坠床发生率的护理体会

摘要
目的探讨品管圈降低精神科女性患者跌倒坠床发生率的护理研究。方法我院精神科于2018年1月至2018年6月建立品管圈小组,开展品管圈活动,优化护理流程,提高精神科女性患者护理质量,并抽选管理前6个月内接收的精神科女性患者133例设为对照组,选取管理后6个月内收治的134例精神科女性患者为管理组,对比两组跌倒、坠床发生率及患者对护理工作满意度;并对比管理前后精神科护理人员专业技能水平情况。结果 (1)满意度及护士专业水平变化:经品管圈活动后,精神科患者护理满意度较活动前得到明显提高(P<0.05);且护理人员专业技能水平也明显提升(P<0.05);(2)跌倒/坠床发生率对比:管理组跌倒率0.75%(1/134)明显低于对照组跌倒率5.26%(7/133)(P<0.05);管理组坠床率0.75%(1/134)相比对照组坠床率6.02%(8/133),明显更低(P<0.05)。结论通过品管圈活动,可显著提升精神科护理人员专业技能水平,为精神科女性患者提供更加优质护理服务,进而大大提高了患者满意度,降低跌倒坠床发生率,值得推广。
Objective To explore the nursing study of quality control circle to reduce the incidence of fall and fall in women in psychiatric women. Methods The psychiatric department of our hospital established a quality control circle group from January 2018 to June 2018 to carry out quality control circle activities, optimize the nursing process, improve the quality of care for psychiatric female patients, and 133 female psychiatric patients received within 6 months before management were selected as the control group, 134 female psychiatric patients admitted within 6 months after management were selected as the management group, and the incidence of falls, falling into bed and patients' satisfaction with nursing work were compared between the two groups, and the professional skills of psychiatric nursing staff before and after management were compared. Results(1) Satisfaction and professional level of nurses:After the quality control circle activities, the nursing satisfaction of psychiatric patients was significantly improved compared with that before the activity(P<0.05); and the professional skill level of nursing staff was also significantly improved(P<0.05).(2)Contrast fall/falling bed incidence: The management group's fall rate of 0.75%(1/134) was significantly lower than the control group's fall rate of 5.26%(7/133)(P<0.05); The falling rate of the management group was 0.75%(1/134), which was significantly lower than that of the control group 6.02%(8/133)(P<0.05). Conclusion Through the quality control circle activities, the professional skills of psychiatric nursing staff can be significantly improved. Providing more quality nursing services for psychiatric female patients,which greatly improves patient satisfaction and reduces the incidence of falls and falls, and is worth promoting.
