手术室细节护理管理对控制医院感染的效果研究

摘要
目的分析手术室细节护理管理对控制医院感染的临床效果。方法抽取2017年2月—2018年2月实施细节护理管理时手术室收治的90例患者作为观察组,抽取2015年2月—2016年2月实施常规护理管理时手术室收治的90例患者作为对照组。比较两组患者的医院感染率、高危因素发生率、手术室监测指标合格率等相关指标。结果观察组患者的医院感染率、高危因素发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的手术室监测指标合格率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论细节护理管理在手术室中运用,能够更好地控制医院感染现象,降低医院感染率,减少高危因素的存在,优化手术室监测指标合格率,值得临床选用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of operating room detail nursing management on controlling hospital infection. Methods 90 patients who were admitted to the operating room during the detailed nursing management from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the obsenation group. The implementation was carried out from February2015 to February 2016. 90 patients admitted to the operating room during routine nursing management served as a control group. The hospital infection rate, the incidence of high-risk factors, and the qualified rate of operating room monitoring indicators were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of hospital infection rate and high risk factors in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The qualified rate of the operating room monitoring index in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of detailed nursing management in the operating room can better control the hospital infection, reduce the hospital infection rate, reduce the existence of high-risk factors, and optimize the qualified rate of operating room monitoring indicators, which is worthy of clinical selection.
