低剂量螺旋CT对肺癌筛查的应用价值

摘要
目的:探讨低剂量螺旋CT对肺癌筛查的应用价值。方法:选取2015年～2017年体检中心行胸部低剂量CT检查的人群为研究对象,其中,2015年661人,2016年6 137人,2017年9 427人,均通过低剂量螺旋CT检查,筛查肺癌,观察结果。结果:2015年胸部低剂量CT检查的661人,确诊肺癌9例(占1.36%);2016年胸部CT检查的6 137人,36例确诊为肺癌(占0.59%);2017年胸部CT检查9 427人,确诊肺癌60例(占0.64%)。结论:低剂量螺旋CT筛查肺癌,敏感性、准确率高,是筛查肺癌的首选影像学检查方法。
Objective To explore the application value of low-dose spiral computed tomography(LDCT) in lung cancer screening.Method The population undergoing chest LDCT scanning were selected from Center of Physical Examination,among,661 people in 2015,6 137 people in 2016,9 427 people in 2017,through low-dose CT examination,screening for lung cancer, the result was observed.Results 661 people in 2015 through chest low-dose CT examination,9 cases lung cancer(accounting fro 1.36%). 6 137 people in 2016 through chest low-dose CT examination,36 cases were identified as lung cancer. accounting for 0.59%. 9 427 people in 2017 through chest low-dose CT examination,60 cases were identified as lung cancer(accounting for 0.64%).
