摘要
由于常减压装置实现原油的深拔,导致减压渣油残炭高达10%~11%,甚至达到12%,这是产生脱油残炭偏高的重要原因,进而导致催化裂化反应部分生焦现象严重。因此有必要通过工艺分析找出脱沥青油残炭上升的原因,以及如何降低脱沥青油残炭的措施,从根本上解决脱沥青油残炭高的问题,提高脱沥青油的质量,保证生产的连续。
        Due to the deep drawing of crude oil in atmospheric and vacuum distillation units,the residual carbon of vacuum residue is up to 10%-11% or even 12%.This is an important reason for the high residual carbon of deoiling,which leads to serious coke formation in part of catalytic cracking reaction.Since the start-up of the last cycle,the residual carbon of deasphalting oil continues to rise,so it is necessary to find out the reasons for the rise of residual carbon of deasphalting oil through process analysis,and how to reduce the residual carbon of deasphalting oil,fundamentally solve the problem of high residual carbon of deasphalting oil,improve the quality of deasphalting oil and ensure the continuity of production.
