摘要
随着环保项目日益受到重视,火电机组脱硫技术日趋成熟,浆液脱硫法目前依然是火电厂主要的脱硫方式,脱硫后石膏也逐步纳入到电厂效益的一部分,所以该厂对于脱硫石膏的高效脱水,实现固液分离进行探究。主要是运用脱水机滤板的毛细现象原理,在真空状态下,只能让水通过,空气和矿物质颗粒无法通过,保证无真空损失。但在近几年圆盘石膏脱水机运用情况来看,传统的滤布不能达到标准要求,于是通过改进脱水机滤布,将从石膏旋流器底流自流来的约40%~50%重量浓度的石膏浆液进行脱水处理,石膏处理能力≥60t/h(含水wt13%石膏),处理后的石膏表面含水率不超过13%,极大地降低了能耗和脱硫石膏水分,得到更高品质的脱硫石膏,降低电厂的综合用水率,发挥节能环保的社会职责。
        With the increasing attention to environmental protection projects and continuous maturation of desulfurization technology for thermal power units,the slurry desulfurization method is still the main way of desulfurization for thermal power plants at present,and gypsum after desulfurization is gradually brought into the part of the benefit of power plants,therefore the efficient dehydration for desulfurization gypsum of the plant realizes solid-liquid separation exploration,it mainly uses the capillary phenomenon principle of the filter plate of the dehydrator,only let water pass in the vacuum state,air and mineral particles can't pass,which ensures no vacuum loss. However,in recent years,the application of disc gypsum dehydrator shows that the traditional filter cloth can't meet the increasingly stringent standard requirements,so by improving the filter cloth of the dehydrator,the gypsum slurry with about 40% ~ 50% weight concentration from the bottom flow of gypsum hydrocyclone was dewatered, and the treatment capacity of gypsum was ≥60 t/h(WT13% gypsum containing water), and the surface water content of treated gypsum was not more than 13% The energy consumption and water content of desulfurized gypsum are greatly reduced,the high quality desulfurized gypsum is obtained,the comprehensive water use rate of power plant is reduced,and the social responsibility of energy conservation and environmental protection is exerted.
