乳腺癌改良根治术后大分割放射治疗的近期疗效及不良反应

摘要
<正>乳腺癌是女性发病率最高的恶性肿瘤[1]。放射治疗作为术后辅助治疗的重要手段起着不可替代的作用。乳腺癌术后辅助放射治疗可以降低局部和区域复发率,并提高患者的长期生存率[2]。近年来,国外多项随机临床研究已证实乳腺癌保留乳房(简称保乳)手术后行大分割放射治疗与常规放射治疗的疗效和不良反应相当[3-4],但对乳腺癌改良根治术后大分割放射治疗的研究相对较少,中国乳腺癌患者接受改良根治术仍占多数,进行大分割放射治疗的研究意义重大,因此,潮州市人民医院开展了乳腺癌改良根治术后大分割放射治疗的前瞻性临床研究,探讨其近期疗效及不良反应。
