探讨肾衰宁胶囊对糖尿病肾病慢性肾衰竭患者体内微炎症状态的影响

摘要
目的分析研究在糖尿病肾病慢性肾衰竭病患的治疗中采用肾衰宁胶囊对病患体内的微炎症状态的影响情况。方法选取2016年3月～2018年4月我院收治糖尿病肾病慢性肾衰竭病患80例,随机将病患分为两组,每组分别各40例病患,给予其中一组病患常规基础治疗设为参照组,在参照组的基础上给予另一组病患肾衰宁胶囊进行治疗设为观察组,对比两组病患的各实验室指标。结果治疗前,两组病患各实验室指标比较无明显差异(P>0.05),经治疗后,观察组病患的同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、血尿素氮(BUN)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白蛋白(Alb)、24h尿蛋白定量(24—UP)、血红蛋白(Hb)明显优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病肾病慢性肾衰竭病患的治疗中采用肾衰宁胶囊,可有效改善病患体内的微炎症状态,值得推广实行。
Objective To analyze and study the influence of Shenshuaining Capsule on microinflammation in patients with diabetic nephropathy and chronic renal failure. Methods 80 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy and chronic renal failure and who treated from March, 2016 to April,2018 were randomLy divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group. One group of patients were given routine basic treatment as the control group, other group of patients were treated with Shenshuaining Capsule on the basis of the control group as the observation group. Then,the laboratory indexes of two groups of patients were compared. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in laboratory indexes between the two groups(P> 0.05).After the treatment, the levels of homocysteine(Hcy),blood urea nitrogen(BUN), high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP), albumin(Alb), 24-hour urinary protein(24-UP) and hemoglobin(Hb) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Shenshuaining capsule in treatment of chronic renal failure with diabetic nephropathy,which can effectively improve the microinflammation in patients, thus it is worth promoting and popularizing.
