摘要
目的观察不同节气受寒大鼠体温的变化,探索发热的中医机制。方法分别在大雪、冬至、小寒节气给大鼠冰块受寒,连续观测肛温。结果冬至节气受寒的大鼠到立春节气出现体温升高(P<0.01)。结论冬至受寒是发热的中医机制之一。
        Objective To explore the pyretic mechanism about T.C.M, observed by the wave of body temperature in rats frozen in different solar terms. Methods The rectal temperature is observed daily after rats are frozen by ice in the Great Snow, the Winter Solstice and the Slight Cold solar terms separately. Results The body temperature of rats frozen in the Winter Solstice rises by the beginning of Spring solar term(P<0.01). Conclusion It is one of the pyretic mechanisms of T.C.M. That frozen in Winter Solstice
