自拟健脾益气方联合HARRT促进脾虚湿盛证型免疫重建不良艾滋病患者免疫重建的临床研究

摘要
目的:观察健脾益气方联合HARRT促进脾虚湿盛证型免疫重建不良艾滋病患者免疫重建的临床效果。方法:纳入31例脾虚湿盛型免疫重建不良艾滋病患者作为研究对象,以自拟健脾祛湿中药(党参、白术、黄芪、山药、黄花倒水莲、十大功劳等)联合HAART为干预手段,并与31例单纯HAART作对照。分别记录两组病例的观察起点,治疗3个月的症状体征积分、卡洛夫斯基积分、CD4+T淋巴细胞计数,并检查肝功能ALT,评价健脾祛湿汤剂联合HAART疗法治疗免疫重建不良艾滋病患者的有效性和安全性。结果两组在年龄、病程、性别等方面没有差异(P> 0.05),具有可比性;治疗前、治疗后两组症状体征积分、卡氏积分、ALT都没有差异;两组治疗前后组间CD4+T淋巴细胞计数比较没有差异(P> 0.05),组内CD4+T淋巴细胞计数比较有差异(P <0.05),治疗后CD4+T淋巴细胞均增高。结论:健脾益气方联合HAART可以促进脾虚湿盛证型免疫重建不良艾滋病患者免疫重建。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Yiqi Formula( 健脾益气方) combined with HARRT on promoting immune reconstruction of spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome in patients with AIDS. Methods: 31 cases poor immune reconstruction of AIDS patients of spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome were collected and treated with Jianpi Yiqi Formula( 健 脾 益 气 方)(dangshen( 党参), atractylodes, radix astragali, yam, false-yellowflower milkwort root, Chinese mahonia, etc.) combined with HARRT for 3 months, and 31 cases treated with HAART were the control group. Scores of signs and symptoms and vladimir makarov, integral, CD4+T lymphocyte count, and ALT were collected to evaluate the efficacy and safety. Results: There was no difference between the two groups in age, course of disease and gender(P > 0.05). Before and after treatment, there was no difference between the two groups in symptomatic signs, callisthesis and ALT. There was no difference in CD4+T lymphocyte count between the two groups before and after treatment(P >0.05), and the CD4+T lymphocyte count in two groups was different(P < 0.05), and the CD4+T lymphocytes increased after treatment. Conclusion: The combination of Jianpi Yiqi Formula( 健脾益气方) with HARRT could promote the immune reconstruction of spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome in patients with AIDS.
