凯格尔训练联合迎香穴按摩促进有便秘史孕妇产后排便效果分析

摘要
为探讨凯格尔训练联合迎香穴按摩促进有便秘史孕妇产后排便的效果,将妊娠期有功能性便秘史且经阴道分娩的60例孕妇随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组产妇分娩后接受常规护理,包括饮食指导、活动指导、心理干预、腹部按摩及必要时开塞露通便等,试验组在对照组干预措施基础上,接受凯格尔训练及迎香穴按摩。对比2组产妇分娩后首次排便时间及排便舒适度。结果显示,试验组分娩后首次排便时间早于对照组,P<0.05;且排便舒适度优于对照组,P<0.05。结果表明,对于妊娠期有功能性便秘病史的孕妇产后即刻给予凯格尔训练及迎香穴按摩.可促进其排便,减轻排便时的不适感。
This study was to investigate the efficacy of Kaiger training plus Yingxiang(LI20) massage for promoting postpartum defecation of the gravida having constipation history. randomly divided 60 gravidas having functional constipation history and to be transvaginal delivery into trial group and control one(30 cases for each), which the latter received routine nursing after delivery(including die direction,movement direction,mental intervention.abdominal massage and necessarily using open dug dew for purge, etc.),based on which the former was added Kaiger training plus Yingxiang(LI20) massage,then compared both group's the time at first-time defecation and comfort degree at defecation of these preginant woumen.As results,the time at first-time defecation and the defecation comfort degree in the former were earlier and superior to the latter(all,P <0.05).Results show that for the pregnant women having functional constipation history immediately giving Kaiger training plus Yingxiang(LI20) massage to them can promote defecation, reduce uncomfort sensation during bowel movement.
