摘要
介绍了天津分公司炼油部100万吨/年连续重整装置重整反应器扇形筒破损的情况和处理经过,通过分析认为,内部积碳是扇形筒损坏的主要原因,其次长期高温运行和压降的突然变化,会使反应器扇形筒出现凹陷或者破损,降低设备的使用寿命。鉴于焊接要求较高,决定使用氩弧焊焊接工艺,采用尽量小的电流、快速焊接,通过对材料、焊接工艺进行严格控制,修复过程一次成功,装置开工后,运行良好,达到了现场修复的目的。
        It was introduced that the reforming Reactor Scallop of 1 million tons/year of continuous reforming unit in Tianjin branch refinery department was damaged and dealt with. Through analysis, internal carbon deposition was regarded as the main reason for the Scallop damage. Besides, the long-term high temperature operation and the sudden change of the pressure drop can cause a depression or damage of reactor scallop, reducing the equipment lifetime. In view of the higher welding requirements, Argon arc welding process was used, keeping the current as low as possible and the welding quick. Through strict control of materials and welding technology, the repair process was successful. The unit is in good operation after start-up, the repair purpose achieved.
